Canton Middle School is one of eight middle schools in the Elgin Area School District U46 that uses uniforms. It is one of two middle schools in Streamwood, Illinois, along with Tefft Middle School. Canton Middle School currently has an enrollment of 965 students with 59 full-time teachers.
